Fancy a bit more of a challenge? Why not try yoga on stand up paddle boards (SUPs)?? This session provides the physical, physiological and metal benefits of yoga with the added core strengthening and challenge on your proprioception (body awareness)!
If your not sure whether you would like it or exactly what it is, why not try our SUP Yoga taster session on Saturday 23rd August at the Cardigan Quays Festival? Sessions are 30 minutes long and are £5 per person starting at 12.30pm till 2pm.
Please wear your normal workout gear, bathers are recommended underneath as you will be getting wet! Please also wear footwear you don’t mind get wet e.g. old trainers/water shoes. Wetsuits can be borrowed from Cardigan Bay Active. Paddle boards, paddles and buoyancy aids where necessary will be provided.
No experience of SUPs required but you must be able to swim. Boards will be tethered.
