Personal Training provides you, the client, with a tailored and progressive fitness programme using health, fitness, postural and lifestyle assessments to create specific goals for your needs. Whether you are new to exercise or looking to compete in an Iron Man, Leanne at Surfing Bird Fitness can offer you that personalised service to give you confidence and support to achieve your goals.
Surfing Bird allows you to Exercise Your Freedom and are particularly focussed on offering an alternative training environment, encouraging clients to get out of the gym and into the great outdoors, whether it’s river, beach, mountain or sea. We also offer indoor sessions and activities in the pool or even your own home.
