Want to try your hand at surfing but not sure where to start? Or had a go but want some tips to improve? Want to learn how yoga can benefit surfing and how surfing can help with your yoga practice? Into surfing but not tried yoga before?
Then why not come along to our on Saturday 8th November 2014? Anyone is welcome, whatever your experience of either activity and whatever your age (under 16s must be accompanied by an adult), although the surfing will be aimed more at people who have tried surfing before.
The day will start at 9am with a 3 hour surfing lesson with Llangennith Surf School at Rhossili, the Gower, Swansea, South Wales.
After a light lunch, you will be taken through a 2 hour yoga session with Leanne from Surfing Bird in the Llangennith Hall. This will incorporate some theory followed by yoga asanas (postures), breathing and a short meditation to give you an introduction into yoga and how surfing and yoga can be intertwined. The day will then finish at around 3-3.30pm.
Wetsuits, boots, surf boards and yoga mats will all be provided (please indicate at the time of booking whether you would like to bring your own).

Please indicate at the time of booking whether you have any dietary requirements. Payments will be made via BACS transfer. Please note that cancellations made within 4 weeks of the date will be refunded minus a 25% booking fee. No refunds will be available for bookings cancelled within 48 hours of the day. Course needs at least 4 people to run.
